TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over who are getting married between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023.
2. No purchase necessary; however, completion of the form and a valid email address are required.
PRODOLCE COMPETITION DETAILS:
3. Competition Period: Entry period ends at 23:59GMT on November 10th, 2022.
4. To Claim: Follow the QR code or link to the Competition Typeform, and complete all questions (must provide a valid email address and be 18+). Upon completion, you must follow us on Instagram or one of the provided social media platforms for your entry to count. If selected following the Competition Draw, you may receive a follow up email where you will be asked to provide or upload the date and location/venue of your wedding, proof of your wedding, proof that wedding caterers will accept Prodolce stock for your wedding (this can be a screenshot, jpeg, pdf or png of an email confirming this or something similar) and the number of anticipated wedding attendees.
5. Only 1 x free supply of Prodolce will be awarded to 1 couple only.
6. Offer: The Offer entitles the couple up to 30 x bottles of Prodolce. (Approx. one bottle caters to five wedding guests).
7. Further Offer Details and Conditions:
a. Both partners must be aged 18 years or older.
b. The wedding must take place in the United Kingdom.
c. The wedding must take place between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023.
d. The wedding must have a minimum of 30 guests.
e. The Offer includes the Prodolce only.
8. The Competition will be open until 23.59 GMT on November 10th, 2022.
9. Winner will be notified within 10 days of the Competition close.
10. It is the responsibility of the claimant to supply the correct information in order to receive the Offer. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of the Offer due to the provision of incorrect information.
11. The Promoter reserves the right at any point to verify the eligibility of claimants by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Offers may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
12. The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
13. No responsibility can be taken for claims or Offers which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
14. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party. By entering, you accept to later be contacted by Prodolce for marketing purposes.
15. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
